As a graduate i have not been involved in preperaing the business plan or organising work flow charts or marketing to get projects into the office.....therefore how are we suppose to address compentency H.
And does this competency require us to demonstrate what office managemen is in place for our current practice or do i need to demonstrate an undersanding of what it should be, if I start my own practice?

Practice Note 1.308 may offer a starting point. But, I too have the same lack of access to the important figures & decisions.
