Hi - a complex one to explain, but i am currently working for a firm and i'll be using three projects that i've worked on durign my employment with them for my case study for registration in April 2010. I am considering resigning before then, and may not seek employment at another architecture firm until mid-next year - there are a couple of business ideas I want to develop outside of architecture before I commit to another firm, but i still want to try for registration.
So my questions are:
1. Do I have to be employed by my current employer whose projects i am using for registration, at the time of my registration?
2. If i am not employed by them, can i still use their projects? Do i need to show that i have their permission to use them, or do i only need the client permission letters?
3. Do i need to be employed at all by an architecture related company at the time of my registration? Is it going to look bad if i'm not?
Thanks.
