Are these forms filled out for every project with expeirence in some areas or just major projects? The form has a line for "Sheet No of Sheets", should we be attaching info to these for each project? And if so, how much? Where do these forms get used? Are they part of our case study binder for registration?

Project sheets are used for a minimum of 45 weeks and cover every project over the period. There is usually 1 sheet per project. The project record sheets are reviewed by the Assessors. I would include the project record sheets with the application form rather than include them in the bound case study copies.

The space for the Employer's Statement only caters for one sentence. This seems insufficient for some of the more complex projects I have worked on. Or, is a single concise sentence all that is required?
