The second 'outcome' mentioned in the NZRAB P1 requirements, mentions the later phases "... documention and construction phase of the engagement." would this not be dealt with in sections D to G? When you read the performance indicators it sounds like this section is an evaluation/review of communication in sections A and B, is this correct?
