I've worked for 3 different firms (both while at university and since graduating) and although I will be using case studies from my current employment position, the time I spent at the other 2 firms will need to contribute to the 140 weeks required work experience. How do I quantify the time/experience with these other firms for registration? Can a letter signed by them be enough? or do i need to fill in the project record forms for the projects i worked on?

The application form has a section to record the 140 weeks and more. Project record forms are for use with time under direction of NZ Registered Architect.
