I am having a problem with my sections A and B, and the fact that they overlap quite a bit...
With the commercial project i am using quite a lot of initial design/ investigation was done with leasing people and planners. we had an hourly fee agreement and then once the we had the go ahead for schemetic design we had a % fee for schematic design (plus fee variations after this this). As this relates to the brief and fee should i discuss concept design in Section A or discuss the fee and brief as it evolved in Section B.
