The NZRAB, in their latest newsletter, provided information on the new arrangements.
Complex Building Statement The NZRAB's Registration Committee met on 15 June. The committee has decided that the Complex Building Statement Form will no longer have to be completed as part of a registration application. Applicants, however, still need to think about the appropriateness of their selected case study projects in the context of the definition of a complex building/project. The definition can be viewed from the NZRAB website. The assessors, as part of their preliminary review of case studies, may require an applicant to explain in writing their understanding of the architectural complexity and where this is necessary there will be a form to complete.
